EASTER WEEKEND

POOL & WATERSLIDE OPEN FRIDAY! Check-in on Thursday kicks off with our "FIND THE HIDDEN BUNNY" contest! Weekend activities include: band & dance, best decorated egg contest, egg toss, lay an egg contest, children’s craft workshop, best "artistic" deviled eggs cook-off, bingos, Easter parade featuring the "EASTER BUNNY" (enter your best decorated golf cart and bring your own throws), and more! Reservations required, 3 night minimum (will accept 2 night reservations (on campsites only) beginning April 1). Cancellation calls by Sunday, April 1, to qualify for a deposit transfer or rain-check. (NO REFUNDS!) HOLIDAY RATES APPLY!

STRAWBERRY FEST / IDOL CONTEST

April 13-14-15

On Saturday, display and sell your wares under our large pavilion. Whether it’s food, treasure, crafts, or trash, now’s the time to take advantage of a "free" booth space. Other activities include: strawberry eating contest, best strawberry dessert cook-off, strawberry bingo, strawberry daiquiri's, idol karaoke contest (TROPHIES), & more!

FISHING RODEO & LCOA HORSESHOE TOURNAMENT

April 20-21-22

Kids ages 1-16, fish our ponds and stream all day on Saturday. Casting contest for all ages on Saturday afternoon. PRIZES & TROPHIES AWARDED! Adult division for largest fish. Also, eliminations begin here at L.O.P. on Saturday, where the top eight horseshoe players go on to compete here at L.O.P. on Sunday against Jellystone Park. CRAWFISH COOK-OFF

April 27-28-29 "Band"

Join us for our 3rd annual! To qualify for the competition: (1) must bring own set-ups. (2) must boil approximately 40 pounds. (3) must include three judge samples of corn, potato & onion. (4) must forfeit crawfish for crowd sampling after the competition. Winning entry receives $250 CAMPING VOUCHER (bigger than last year). Also prize for 2nd and 3rd place. Compete in crawfish races (bring your own crawfish), best dressed crawfish contest, & jam with the band "MONSTER CRAWFISH"!
